Q: Does TWEAK ship internationally?
A: We have temporarily shut down international shipping.

Q: Is the price in US dollars?
A: Yes

Q: Do TWEAK shoes run true to size?
A: Yes. If you measure a size 9 on a Brannock device you will fit into a size 9

Q: Where do I submit my shoe design ideas?
A: On our Facebook application - apps.facebook.com/tweakfootwearpro/

Q: Do you have a Facebook page?

Q: When do you shoes go on sale at a discount?
A: Most of the time shoes are sold at MSRP. However, when we launch a new shoe we generally discount the price for the first two weeks of sales. We do occasionally have other special discounts for those who subscribe to our mailing list and facebook page.

Q: What is my size in UK, EUR, etc?
A: There is a size conversion chart on the product page, next to the size drop down menu.

Q: What is TWEAK's return policy?
A: Returns will be accepted within in 14 days of the time the shoes arrive at your doorstep. For more information go to http://www.tweakfootwear.com/Products/ReturnPolicy.html

Q: When is the payment processed for TWEAK shoes? When I buy it or when it's shipped?
A: Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

Q: How long will it take to get my shoes?
A: YOUR shoes will begin processing for shipment immediately and YOU should expect to have your shoes within 5-10 business days! (Unless the shoe is a pre-order)
 
Q: What does pre-order mean?
A: Those who place pre-orders will be the very first to receive their new shoes and we guarantee your order even if the shoes become SOLD OUT. Your shoes have been custom designed and that takes time, it may take up to 10 weeks from the time you place your order for your new kicks to land at your doorstep. Trust us, the TWEAK Deckhands want to wear a pair too, but we also have to be patient, so bear with us, it's worth it! The extra wait is only for pre-order shoes, all of our other shoes will ship out immediately. 

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: An email with your tracking number will be emailed to you when the shoes ship out. Remember, if you have purchased a product in pre-order, it may take up to 10 weeks.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or military bases outside of the United States?
A: Yes

Q: How much is shipping?
A: United States: $6.99 flat rate FedEx SmartPost delivery


Q: Do you charge Sale Tax?
A: We are a California based company so only residents of California are charged sale tax
