There is a select group of countries that we ship to. Check out the drop down menu above, where it says "choose shipping," to find out if your country is listed! If your country is not listed, don't be afraid to yell at us. Please use the "PAY WITH CREDIT CARD" option for international orders. We are not currently able to accept payment via PayPal for orders outside of the United States.Shipping
YOUR shoes will ship out immediately and YOU should expect to have your shoes within 3-10 business days!
United States: $3.99 UPS ground delivery and YOUR second pair ships FREE! (Except Hawaii and Alaska)
International: $39.99 to most countries, calculated by country we give YOU the lowest possible shipping rate based on UPS shipping quotes including duties, taxes, and customs fees
We are unable to complete deliveries to PO Boxes and Military Bases

What does pre-order mean?
Those who place pre-orders will be the very first to receive their new shoes and we guarantee your order even if the shoes become SOLD OUT. Your shoes have been custom designed and that takes time, it may take up to 10 weeks from the time you place your order for your new kicks to land at your doorstep. Trust us, the TWEAK Deckhands want to wear a pair too, but we also have to be patient, so bear with us, it's worth it! This is only for pre-order shoes, all of our other shoes will ship out immediately.
